This kit contains everything you need to dye with indigo crystals (aka pre-reduced or synthetic indigo). Mordanting is not required for cotton and bast fibers, Alum is recommended for wool and protein fibers (Sold separately)

This is enough dye & chemicals for two dark dyepots – keep dyeing to get a lighter blue. Re-dip for dark blues.
You’ll need:
A non-food dyepot
Water
Rubber bands/stones/clamps/clips for resist dyeing
Yarn, clothing, or fabric to dye
Alum for protein fiber
